Keep the fresh oranges in a room temperature before squeezing the juice. This makes it easy to press the fruit and extract more juice from it. If it is very cold and you are in a hurry, then you can keep the oranges in warm water to save time.
Stab the outer surface of the oranges using a fork but do not poke it hard to preserve the inner layers of the fruit.
Slowly compress the oranges on a hard surface without peeling the outer layer, using your palm so that the flesh becomes softer.
Now, divide it into half and keep the halved orange on a juicer. After that, compress the fruit to extract the juice. Alternatively, you can also use your hand and squeeze the oranges to extract the juice.
Use a strainer or cobbler shaker to remove all the seeds and filter the juice.
You can add flavors like, a teaspoon of honey, pepper, mint leaves, black salt and mix well. This solely depends on the taste you like. You can try various flavors until you are satisfied.
Serve the orange juice after refrigerating for some time. Consume the juice within a week since prepared.
